Buyers have more choices and sellers have more competition.

With 1,402 homes currently on the market and over 100 price reductions this week, buyers can afford to be selective. Homes that are priced right and show well are still selling, but buyers aren't feeling the same pressure to rush into a decision.

For sellers: Pricing correctly from the beginning matters more than ever.

For buyers: More inventory may mean more negotiating power than you've had in several years. And, if interest rates are a concern, you may want to consider an ARM (see our article above).
